Pokédex sorting 0x80 is a glitch Pokédex sorting in Pokémon Gold and Silver.

Effect

  • Unknown effect/game does not freeze
  • Pressing Select to get to mode selection screen may work, with cursor on New Pokédex Mode and description "é,'lé♀'l EY y ぅX" for the mode. Pressing A may result in arbitrary code execution at region EA00 in Echo RAM (a copy of CA00). Execution can be ended with a ret with no known issues.
