Pokédex sorting 0xDE is a glitch Pokédex sorting in Pokémon Gold and Silver.
Effect
- Game freeze due to an invalid opcode (0xEB) at 10:7694 in the ROM when opened
- Unknown effect for pressing Select to get to mode selection screen
When accessed with C6D8 method
- Simply changing C6D8 to DE may cause arbitrary code execution at region 8000 in VRAM. Manipulation is diffuclt due to VRAM inaccessibility or locked VRAM
