EI is a glitch Pokémon in Pokémon Gold and Silver (German), and one of the variations of Generation II glitch Egg.
It is not known whether stat-wise if it functions the same as the English Generation II glitch Eggs (such as GlitchDex/G:253, but it is likely).
In German Gold
If the back sprite of this glitch Pokémon is loaded in battle, it may heavily corrupt the screen, force the text "STACHLER schadet" followed by glitch text, and cause a HP bar to drain down. This may be followed by a Glitch Dimension.
In German Silver
If the back sprite of this glitch Pokémon is loaded in battle, it may cause the glitch Pokémon to appear to have a large amount of HP with the "GIF" (vergiftung, poison) status condition. The HP will drain down multiple times, and eventually the game may exit battle and place the player in the overworld with the controls locked.
