Attribution

Glitch City Laboratories wiki follows the philosophy of Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 3.0 Unported. This means that appropriate credit must be given to the original authors of articles/texts (using <!-- --> tags is OK), and content on the wiki must not be used for commercial purposes.

Fair Use

The contents in the Pokémon franchise including game, scenario (i.e. texts and plot), music and program are reserved by The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, Creatures and any other company that owns a share to the copyright of the game in question.

Screenshots related to Pokémon glitches are believed to be allowed in the United States under fair use philosophy if they are of limited resolution and are only being used to illustrate the article in question or for commentary, recreational purposes.

Other policies

Uploading a ROM image (entire game code), ISO (Game Disc data) or BIOS (entire firmware code) file to Glitch City Laboratories is a violation of copyright and is not allowed.
