Nintendo reserve the rights of distributing or creating software under their name. Content from [[wikipedia:Nintendo|Nintendo]] are under [[wikipedia:fair use|fair use]], hence such content may be added to the wiki but the contributor should not sell or claim such content as his or her own work. A whole product should not be contributed at all however and the rights to contribute those are reserved by Nintendo. For example, if content such as the whole of a publication under the ownership of Nintendo, a game's [[ROM image]] or hardware/ software [[wikipedia:BIOS|Hardware/Software BIOS]] is submitted to [[Glitch City Laboratories]], it is infringing the rights of Nintendo and must be removed at once.
