An example of a glitch Ribbon on a Bulbasaur in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire with a hexadecimal identifier of FF (255 in decimal).

A glitch Ribbon refers to any invalid Ribbon in the Pokémon games.

In the handheld Generation III Pokémon games these 'Ribbons' occupy hexadecimal identifiers 41-FF (65 to 255 in standard decimal). They can give glitch dialog in their descriptions.

Glitch Ribbons are currently unavailable without a cheating device.
