A glitch caller is a phone number in the pokégear on Pokémon G/S/C that is not a coded person but rather a [[glitch]] accessed by a Gameshark code. Most glitch callers get their name from name banks in the ROM, while others have [[glitch text]] as their name. A full comprehensive list will be given in the PhoneDex once it is completed.
