(hex:6C) is a glitch item in Pokémon Red and Blue.

Its name is taken from the untranslated unused string "ひよこ" (Chick) from the Japanese versions, resulting in mojibake. ひよこ is also the name of the hex:6C glitch item in the Japanese versions.

When used, the item first checks if the console is SGB. If not, it returns and does nothing. If it is on SGB, it jumps to 1C:5DDF (_RunPaletteCommand) and reloads the default SGB palettes for the current map, and so nothing appears to change.
