The MarshBadge (Japanese: ゴールドバッジ Gold Badge) is an unobtainable and dummy Key Item in Pokémon Red, Green, Blue, and Yellow that is normally only used by the NPC in Cerulean City who describes the actual MarshBadge.[1][2]

As a dummy item, using it will always return Professor Oak's "OAK: (PLAYER)! This isn't the time to use that!" message.
