(hex:5B) is a glitch item in Pokémon Yellow.

It is a partial battle escape glitch item. Using this glitch item outside of battle will make it appear that the game locked up after selecting use with the menu still up, but it is possible to press Start to bring up another menu on top of the items menu.

6F can be used as a screen saving glitch item in Rival LOL glitch.

When 6F is used in a regular wild battle, it becomes possible to press Start to open the menu and partially return to the overworld. When 6F is used in an instant encounter or Trainer battle, the battle will restart.
