(hex:72) is a glitch item in Pokémon Yellow. Its name is taken from the untranslated string "プチマスター" (Petit Master) from the Japanese versions, resulting in mojibake.
Although this glitch item's effect pointer is sourced from the ROM, using this glitch item will result in a range of behaviors that are not well understood. If for whatever reason the program counter lands in RAM, it is technically possible to perform arbitrary code execution.
Some of the effects include game freezes and continuous changes to the memory addresses nearby the items pack.
