(hex:6A) is a glitch item in Pokémon Yellow (Japanese) v1.1, v1.2 and v1.3. Its name "ゴールドバッヂ" (GoldBadge) is taken from the unused Japanese list strings. This string was untranslated in the English versions, resulting in mojibake "#-g##m#".

Using this glitch item will bring up the Pokémon Center nurse's text and allow the player to heal their Pokémon from anywhere. Upon healing Pokémon or cancelling out, sprites will disappear as will the ability to move until the player presses B, or A followed by B.

If the player heals Pokémon while the sprites are invisible, then it may corrupt Pikachu's movement animation.

This glitch item is not as useful in battle, as it will not actually heal the Pokémon in the battle and will only heal the Pokémon as they are on the overworld. Furthermore it can corrupt the graphics in battle and make the screen completely white until the battle ends.
