The perpetual spinning glitch, also known as the spinning glitch is a glitch in Pokémon Red, Blue, and Yellow.
Summary
Landing the final step while spinning during the Safari Zone exit glitch will not remove the spinning effect.
This effect persists until the player uses another spinning tile.
Furthermore, depending on the location that the glitch was set up, it is possible to view certain NPC sprites. For at least the English Version, this includes the following:
