==Glitch Pokémon handler==
Unlike the first {{Stadium}}, {{Stadium2}} has a way to deal with [[glitch Pokémon]] to prevent problems. The game turns them into Ditto with their old glitch Pokémon name becoming a nickname for this Ditto. (Color changing may appear but this is because of a quirk deliberately programmed into both Stadium games and not a glitch.)

==Unstable hybrid handler==
Pokémon Stadium 2 will change any [[unstable hybrid]] back to the Pokémon it originally was, including Pokémon that were turned into [[GlitchDex/RB:255|'M (FF)]] or [[GlitchDex/Y:255|Q]]. (The original 'M (FF) will be turned into a Ditto.)
