Professor Oak Trainer glitch

The Professor Oak Trainer glitch is a Pokémon Red/Blue/Yellow engine glitch. It is caused by a bug in the game's engine. After removing the wall barriers on the Sea Route 20, the trainers will turn into Professor Oak if the player talk to them.

Procedure

1. Enable Brock Through Walls in Pewter City
2. Fly to Cinnabar Island
3. Walk through the edge of the area where there is no water
4. Touch the wall barrier that connects
5. Go back to the signpost that reads Seafoam Islands
6. Without getting an encounter, talk to an unfought trainer
7. The trainer it will turn into Professor Oak once talked to
