A Ragon Pokédex entry is a type of glitch Pokémon Pokédex entry that occurs in at least Pokémon Yellow and not Pokémon Red and Blue.

When the Pokédex entry of a relevant Yellow glitch Pokémon is registered, it will appear as the "RAGON" Pokémon with entry text a height of 13'01, weight of 36.0lb and the entry text "According to a witness, its body was surrounded by a strange aura that gave it a mystical look."

Other than its category name (which is RAGON rather than DRAGON), the Pokédex entry is a complete copy of Pokémon Yellow's Dragonair Pokédex entry.
