In Yellow the first Gym can't be skipped with the non-Safari Zone methods of the Pewter Gym skip glitch in Red and Blue. However, if the player makes it to the right side of the Youngster, this glitch is still possible.
* The last party Pokémon must know four moves.
* It must have 10 PP left on its third move, and 36 PP left on its last move.
* It must be level 100.
* Its maximum HP must be in range 256-511.
Once it is done, flash its status screen.
