==Fix==
In the localizations and {{YJ}} this glitch was amended and trying to use the Potion with no Pokémon results in the message "You don't have any POKéMON!" for Red and Blue or "You don't have a POKéMON for Yellow (Japanese: ポケモンが 1ぴきも いない！).
