The long-ranged trainer on Route 8 [https://github.com/pret/pokered/blob/725b86ebbec23bd1f53fd60bf0201c904fee951d/text/maps/Route8.asm#L4 says before battle] "You look good at POKéMON, but how's your chem?".
This was [https://github.com/pret/pokefirered/blob/337c8177212e12d4a4ad2eee4324ae3d09a21e99/data/maps/Route8/text.inc#L3 changed in the remakes] to read "[...] but how's your chemistry grade?".

In the Italian version of Pokémon Red, Blue and Yellow after beating Blue in the Pokémon Tower in Lavander Town he misspells the Pokémon Marowak as "Marowax".
