==Procedure==

# Modify RAM address (e.g. from ACE/GameShark) to change C8CA to 0x43, or modify the map with a map editor/hex editor on the ROM.

# Enable [[Brock Through Walls]] in Pewter City, fly to Cinnabar Island and Walk through the edge of the area where there is no water and touch the wall barrier that connects.

# Once that is done go back to the signpost that reads Seafoam Islands then turn around and talk to the trainer with no encounters.
