'''Special Area''' is a map register of hexadecimal identifier C4 (196), which only exists within the third generation of handheld Pokémon games. This map register does not appear within the original Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire, but does exist within Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen, as well as Pokémon Emerald.
