TM25 is a wrong pocket TM in Pokémon Gold and Silver. Its description is "An attack that may cause paralysis.".

Effect

TM25 causes arbitrary code execution at the FA6A region in Echo RAM (a copy of DA6A), which is in the middle of party Pokémon 2's data.

This makes it an ideal arbitrary code execution glitch item as the data can easily be modified.
