HM07 is a wrong pocket TM in Pokémon Gold and Silver. Its description is "An aquatic charge attack.".
Effect
Using HM07 once may corrupt the graphics on the screen to have many blue lines, or at least corruption of the message box to have blue in it. If used once more, it may freeze the game.
Exiting the items menu may also result in a special effect which appears to depend on location, such as a freeze or Glitch Dimension, however Goldenrod City may brings up a text box that results in glitched movement if the player presses A.
