Basically, you take the fruit popping minigame thing in lake hylia the fun into a wall and fail. When the bird asks you if you would like to play again, select no. Then, turn into human link and get in the water. Get out your clawshot(doesn't matter if double) and move into a wall while about half of you body is sucked up by land(press L to move while aiming in the gc version). If you press on the right spot, you will clip through the land. Dive(you have to have the Zora armor on obviously), and swim downwards until you die. The bird will ask you if you want to play the fruit minigame again, and select yes. Kill yourself again, and the thank you seen when you clear the river from the Blockages will come up.(I got another bomb bag, you may have not though). Turn into a wolf and jump into the river in front of you. A glitchy seen from when you exit the boat ride will come up, select yes when the Zora asks you if you would like to try again. You will be inside the building were you start the minigame. Warp anywere.
You now have infinite bombs(only in the lint bomb bag, though others shows no number when equipped) and arrows until you turn the game off.
