Vaporeon learnpool glitch
The Vaporeon learnpool glitch occurs in Pokémon Yellow and does not apply to Vaporeon's learnpool in Pokémon Red and Blue. This is because in Red and Blue Vaporeon learns the move Mist at Level 48, and there is no overlap with Haze (Level 44).
This glitch restricts Vaporeon from learning the move Mist at Level 42 with the following methods: Rare Candy, level up in battle, evolving a Level 42 Eevee into Vaporeon using a Water Stone.
The glitch occurs because Haze is defined as the first move at Level 42 in Vaporeon's level-up/evolutions data structure, and the engine will ignore entries for a duplicate level (Mist). However, it is still possible to teach Vaporeon both Haze and Mist at the same time, by placing Vaporeon into the Day Care and retrieving it once it reaches Level 42.
