This glitch restricts Vaporeon from learning the move Mist at Level 42 with the following methods: Rare Candy, level up in battle, evolving a Level 42 Eevee into Vaporeon using a Water Stone.
The glitch occurs because Haze is defined as first move at Level 42 in Vaporeon's level-up/evolutions data structure, and the engine will ignore entries for a duplicate level (Mist). However, it is still possible to teach Vaporeon both Haze and Mist at the same time, by placing Vaporeon into the Day Care and retrieving it once it reaches Level 42.▼
