The Vaporeon learnpool glitch occurs in Pokémon Yellow and does not apply to Vaporeon's learnpool in Pokémon Red and Blue. It restricts Vaporeon from learning the move Mist at Level 42 with the following methods: Rare Candy, level up in battle, evolving a Level 42 Eevee.
