It is a hybrid of Pidgeotto.
Glitch Pokémon (0xEC) is the equivalent trade glitch Pokémon in Pokémon Red and Blue.
It cannot be caught with the Trainer escape glitch or another means of instant encounter, as a Lt. Surge battle will be initiated instead.
Both this glitch Pokémon and ♂ p ゥ are responsible for overworld corruption effects with glitch music when their summary is viewed.
