Pokédex sorting 0x74 is a glitch Pokédex sorting in Pokémon Crystal.

Effect

  • Arbitrary code execution at region F042 in Echo RAM (a copy of D042). Can be ended with only a ret with no known issues.
  • Can open mode selection screen, where description may be "XB(player name?)BKC." Pressing A may cause arbitrary code execution at region EAC2 in Echo RAM (a copy of CAC2)

When accessed with C7D8 method

  • Same effect for pressing A as above (second bullet point)
