New contributors should carefully consider that all content submitted to Glitch City Laboratories wiki does not violate the work of other companies and/or organizations. A contributor should ensure that the content he or she submits to the wiki was written by his or herself or is part of the public domain.

By infringing copyright laws either by plagiarism or by piracy, a contributor is liable to punishment by the consensus carried out in the relevant act and such content must be removed at once. Under no circumstances should the contributor make profit out of any content within the wiki, or otherwise distribute it in such a way that others endorse the distributer. This is with respect to Copyright laws including those of MediaWiki and the properties of other organisations. Contributors, if uncertain should carefully check whether a company's policy allows such content to be shared. The phrase "All Rights Reserved" denotes that content has not been waived. In other words, all rights reserved by the copyright owner are still applicable and users have no permission to infringe them.

These are simple guidelines set by the Creative Commons organization, regarding what content is allowed and what content is forbidden for on MediaWiki.

Nintendo

The term "Pokémon" and the series Pokémon are registered trademarks of Nintendo © 1996-2010. Nintendo reserve the rights of distributing or creating software under their name. Content from Nintendo are under fair use, hence such content may be added to the wiki but the contributor should not sell or claim such content as his or her own work. A whole product should not be contributed at all however and the rights to contribute those are reserved by Nintendo. For example, if content such as the whole of a magazine, a game's ROM image and Software BIOS is submitted to Glitch City Laboratories, it is infringing the rights of Nintendo.
