TM04 is a wrong pocket TM in Pokémon Gold and Silver. Its description is "Attacks 5 turns with rising power.".

Effect

This wrong pocket TM/HM results in the text "The POKéMON BOX is full. That can't be used now." being displayed. It executes code at 03:7823 in English Gold (or 03:7821 in English Silver), at the start of the "Ball_BoxIsFullMessage" function, and returns with zero adverse effects.
