The Roaming Pokémon IV glitch occurs in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire and Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen.

It causes roaming Pokémon (Latias, Latios, Raikou, Entei and Suicune) to always have 0 IVs in Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, and Speed, and a maximum Attack IV of 7. The HP IV is unaffected by the glitch.
