Fake overworld red bar (OWRB) is a technique allowing the player to skip all jingles that may play. It enables certain effects of the Red-bar sound effect manipulation, which has been used without glitches to skip certain jingles in battle, such as the one played when a Pokémon gains a level. However, by swapping Parlyz Heal x94 into slot 32 of the expanded item pack, this effect can be replicated outside of battle.
