Grass glitch is a minor glitch in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl and Pokémon Platinum.
It does not seem to work in Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver.
In Route 225, there are grass tiles above some steps (the most southern steps on this map). Going up or down the steps may make grass appear in the player's head for a short time.
